Anna Marie Estes

Anna Estes, age 53, of Marshall, Minnesota, died on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at her home in Marshall. Anna's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 2nd, 2021, from 1 pm - 4 pm at 212 North Main Street in Lucan, Minnesota. Occupancy limits and social distancing must be observed throughout the service. Masks are required at all public indoor gatherings.

Anna Marie Estes was born on June 9, 1967, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Anna graduated High School in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, with the class of 1986. She lived all throughout the state and even lived in Florida for a while. She worked several different types of jobs such as a waitress, in manufacturing, office jobs, and nurse assistant.

Anna had 4 children: Kelley, Nicole, Nick, and Jenna. She truly enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her family. Her other enjoyments in life included watching soap operas, crime TV, playing darts, and going camping. She loved thrilling things like Valleyfair and getting an occasional speeding ticket. She always helped others when she could.

She is survived by her children, Kelley Estes of Marshall, Nicole Brown of Hastings, Nick (Sarah) Brown of Belle Plaine, Jenna Estes of Chaska; several grandchildren; siblings, Janay Donaldson of Redwood Falls, Barb Skogstad of Redwood Falls, Scott Gokey of Wilton Manors, FL; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents, John and Beverly Ankrum, and brothers, Kenneth Skogstad,Robert (Geri) Skogstad and brother in law Chuck Donaldson.
