Beverly Jean Swanson

Beverly J. Swanson, age 73, of Lynd, died at the Minneota Manor Health Care Center on Monday, January 28, 2008. Private Funeral Services will be scheduled for a later date. Arrangements are with the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall.
Beverly Jean Robbins was born February 1, 1934 in Granite Falls, Minnesota to Duane and Mildred (Anderson) Robbins. She was baptized and confirmed in the Methodist faith. On September 2, 1951, she was united in marriage to Joseph H. Swanson, Jr., in Marshall. After their marriage they farmed in Lynd Township.
Beverly was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Her enjoyments in life included the casino, her children and grandchildren, and spending time with other family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Tim (and Nancy) Swanson of Lynd and Linda (and Gary) David of Cypress, TX; 4 grandchildren, Kayla, Ashley, Cody, and Charles; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph in 2001; parents; and grandson, Shannon.
