Charles Lee Brackney Jr.

Charles "Chuck" Brackney, age 69, of Marshall, Minnesota, died peacefully on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the Avera Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall. 
 
Memorial Services with Military Honors will take place at a later date in Illinois. Chuck served his country honorably during Vietnam and was incredibly proud of his service and his country.

Charles Lee Brackney Jr. was born on March 31, 1954, in Manito, Illinois. He was the son of Charles Sr. and Martha (Tompkins) Brackney.

Chuck is survived by his children, Charles III (and Laura) Brackney of Peoria, IL, Tiffany Brackney of Peoria, IL; 4 grandchildren, Haven, Haylee, Neveah, Nova; 4 siblings, Jack Brackney of Manito, IL, Elizabeth (and Larry) Davis of Lucan, Henry Brackney, Frank Brackney of Manito, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Connie Brackney; and brother, Adam Brackney.
