Ethylee Cox

Florence: Ethylee “Lee” Cox, age 71, of Florence, passed away at her residence on Monday, March 10, 2008. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
Lee was born on April 5, 1936 near Lincoln, Nebraska to Ralph and Tracy (Rothmeier) Cox. She traveled a lot and settled in Florence about 4 years ago. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She lived in some wonderful places including Germany and Hawaii. Lee was gifted artistically. She loved music. Lee sang and played the piano. A passion of Lee's was gardening. She enjoyed every season; however fall and spring were her favorites. As a mother and grandmother, she read, played games, and cooked up special treats with us. We will all miss her greatly.
Lee died Entered into rest on March 14, 2008. She reached the age of 71 years, 11 months, and 6 days.
Lee is survived by her daughter, Theresa (and Jerry) Moore; sons, Edward Morrisroe, James (and Karen) Morrisroe, Kevin Morrisroe, John Morrisroe, and Christopher (and Julie) McKone; seven grandchildren, Michelle Moore, Malia Duerksen, Joshua Morrisroe, Lucille and Maggie Morrisroe, and Madaline and Graycen McKone; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tracy and Ralph and her only sibling, Ralph Cox Jr.
