Kim Cromwell, age 60, of Marshall, Minnesota, died while under the care of hospice on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at her home in Marshall. Funeral Services are 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2021, at First Lutheran Church in Marshall, Minnesota. Following a reception, Interment will be in the Tracy City Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., on Monday, June 28, 2021, also at the church.
Kimble Louise Cromwell was born on January 24, 1961, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Newell Cromwell and Eleanora Monsen. Kim was baptized as an infant and confirmed in her youth at the Tracy Lutheran Church in Tracy, Minnesota. She attended school there as well, graduating with the class of 1979. Kim then went on to attend school in Hutchinson, Minnesota, where she studied in Videography.
On December 11, 1986, her daughter Sarah was born, Kim has since been a devoted and loving mother. Since her schooling Kim has lived primarily in Marshall where she served as a mental health advocate for several years. She also enjoyed growing her stamp and coin collections. Kim loved to read and write poetry and she continued her interest in videography and photography throughout her life.
Kim Cromwell died on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at her home in Marshall, Minnesota. She reached the age of 60 years, 4 months, and 29 days. Blessed be her memory.
Kim is survived by her daughter, Sarah Westberg; mother, Eleanora Monsen of Tracy; siblings, Noplyn “Butch” Cromwell of Oelwein, IA, Jody (Brock) Bloemke of Belview, Terry (Mandy) Mathews of Balaton; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Newell Cromwell.
