Rebecca Susan was born to Lambert and Elizabeth (Schoell) Schipper on April 20, 1957 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. She is survived by her father; brother, Dave (De) Schipper; three sisters, Cindy Schipper, Barb (Russ) Jobe and Kathy (Mark) Karnowski; sister-in-law, Donna Schipper; 11 nieces and nephews; 9 great nieces and nephews; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and older brother, Steve Schipper.
